In less than a day, you can get set up to spend and receive money, hire and pay people internationally, and have email, Google Docs etc on your company domain. The steps are below. ## (1) Register company and hire accountant Create an account with crunch.co.uk and use their company formation service. ## (2) Create bank account Use [Wise Business](https://wise.com/gb/business/).  ## (3) Create a Google Workspace account and register your domain name Sign up for [Google Workspace](https://workspace.google.com/). During sign up:  - Buy your domain using Google Domains.  - If you know what Cloudflare is, you might prefer to buy the domain [via Cloudflare](http://cloudflare). - When you create your new email address, use [[firstname]@yourdomain.com](mailto:[email protected]), e.g. [email protected] ## (4) Setup email accounts for you and your team I recommend using following format as primary email address: - [firstname]@yourdomain.com, e.g. [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected])  I recommend creating an "urgent" alias for each person: - urgent.[firstname]@yourdomain.com e.g. [[email protected]](mailto:[email protected]) ## (5) Get set up for hiring and paying people internationally Sounds complicated, right?
